There is nothing better than diving into a fresh, crisp bed of Iceberg lettuce than when it is drenched in a creamy, rich, and delicious Caesar dressing. Yum!
There are plenty of Caesar salad dressings that you can purchase at the grocery store, but we find that making the dressing ourselves just tastes so much better. Plus, if you already have these simple ingredients in your pantry, then there really is no need to purchase a jarred version.
We know that anchovies in Caesar salad dressing can polarize some taste palettes, which is why we left it off our ingredient list. But, if you are a big fan of them, feel free to add them to this recipe.
Once you easily whip this dressing up, drizzle it over your bed of lettuce with shaved parmesan and herb croutons or use it as a dipping sauce to your breaded mushrooms or cauliflower.

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 garlic cloves minced
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 fresh parmesan finely grated
Add lemon juice, dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and black pepper into Tornado Shaker and blend until smooth. Add mayonnaise and blend.
While blending, slowly add oil in a thin stream into the Tornado Shaker. Continue blending until mixed. Blend in grated parmesan cheese. Pour over salad or use as a dipping sauce.
